Our AIM

The aim of Anand College of Education is to produce quality teachers to form a learning and enlightened society and a peaceful global human environment. Quality teachers impart quality education, which determines the virtue of life in a society and builds a nation. The objective of the college is to improve the standard of education to achieve excellence in higher education and provide higher-class education to the teacher-students to enable them to achieve success in their professional careers as the builders of the nation. The college aims to improve regular teaching and learning solutions by implementing innovative techniques that facilitate classroom practice, developing new methodologies, exploring teaching aids for better classroom experiences, fostering competition, creativity, and human values, and enhancing social relationships through various activities.

The college is committed to super quality and high standards in education and vows to be recognized as the center of supreme excellence in teacher education. The college is bent on providing a supreme standard of educational program for the trainees to achieve success in their teaching profession in such a way that the vision of building the nation through their teaching and worthy, imitable lifestyle may materialize. Emphasis is to be laid on the all-round development of student-teachers, and the process of teaching-learning may revolve round the issues of peace, love, harmony, humanity, fraternity, and integrity, which will transform the students of today into the ideal citizens of tomorrow. All these visions are expected to turn into reality with the active and spontaneous cooperation of the learned and experienced faculties who are committed to keeping a vigilant eye on the overall development of the personality of the teacher-learner.

Our MISSION

The mission of the college is—

To arrange general classes with not more than 50 students in a section.
To arrange classes on method subjects as approved by NCTE punctually and regularly.
It is also important to regularly schedule classes in areas such as physical education, fine arts, and music.
To see that no class, whether on general subjects or on method subjects, goes unattended.
To arrange an educational tour program to a place of scientific view or of historic interest as per the request of the majority of the participating students at their expense once a year.
To arrange cultural programs, the Swaraswati Puja festival, debates, seminars, symposiums, etc as per necessity, situation, and tradition.
To introduce a dress code for both the students and the teaching and non-teaching staff at reasonable prices.
To maintain overall strict discipline and a congenial environment for smooth and uninterrupted teaching in and around the campus.
To inculcate the values of honesty, honor, and integrity in the teacher trainees.
To develop personality and ethical values
To foster an inquisitive mind and love for learning.
To awaken the values of care, compassion, tolerance, and respect for the culture and heritage of the country.
To create love for nature, the environment, and a progressive international outlook.
